Purpose of the data processing
The personal data provided by the interested party will be processed by ECAM in order to manage requests concerning or attendance of the events and activities that ECAM promotes, organises, participates in or carries out.
Your image in photographs or videos, captured in acts or activities that ECAM organises or participates in may appear in reports, magazines, presentations, websites, social media or any other type of publication or material designed to disseminate information about ECAM and its aims.
– Unless you express your opposition, your personal data may also be processed by ECAM in order to send you information by any means, including electronic means, about activities and events related to ECAM’s activities and any other information that may be of interest to you.
You may object to this purpose by ticking the corresponding box in the “Rights” section.
How long we will keep your data
ECAM will hold your personal data for the time considered necessary to manage attendance of and participation in events and activities carried out by ECAM, and in any case for the time required to meet ECAM’s legal obligations. Your images will be kept as long as you do not oppose their use.
If you have consented to us sending information about ECAM, until such a time as you unsubscribe from these mailings.
Entitlement to perform data processing
ECAM’s legal entitlement to process personal data is based on the interested party having given their consent.
Data communication or transfer
The data provided by the interested party may be transferred or communicated to third parties for legally established purposes, and also to:
– The entities or organisations where events and activities are held, in order to manage access to and attendance of these occasions.
– Companies or entities that work with ECAM to send information by any means, including electronic means, about courses, seminars, activities, events and any other information that may be of interest to you.
We do not anticipate transferring or communicating data for any other reason. If it proves necessary to transfer or communicate data, you will be informed about it in advance.
Rights of the interested party
You may exercise all your rights according to current data protection legislation.
To get confirmation from the data controller about whether they are processing personal data that concerns you. To access your personal data, to request the correction of incorrect data, to request the deletion of data that is no longer needed for the reasons for which they were collected, to request the limitation of data processing or your opposition to it, which should be limited to potential complaints only, and to request the portability of your data.
If we process your data for any reason for which we have asked your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
